Moberly Regional Medical Center Announces CEO

Moberly Regional Medical Center has named Michael D. Hall as chief executive officer (CEO) effective July 25, 2022.
Michael brings more than 10 years of hospital operations experience to the role, most recently serving as chief operations officer (COO) for Aiken Regional Medical Centers in Aiken, S.C. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing the building and opening of a freestanding emergency department. Additionally, he was responsible for the implementation of an expansion strategy into a new market for ARMC, which included two freestanding emergency departments, multiple primary care and specialty clinics, physical therapy, radiation oncology, independent diagnostic imaging facilities, and more.
Prior to his position as COO, Michael was the interim CEO of a 62-bed behavioral health facility, Aurora Pavillion, which was located on the ARMC campus. Previously, he also served as interim CEO at Texoma Medical Center Bonham Hospital in Bonham, Texas and associate administrator at Texoma Medical Center in Denison, Texas. Michael began his career at Augusta Health in Fishersville, VA, serving as special projects administrator, project analyst and manager, and administrative resident.
“Michael’s diverse operational experience and commitment to delivering high-quality care will be an asset to MRMC,” said Jerry Jeffrey, MRMC's board of trustees chair. “His background in quality standards and overall service line expansion will benefit the services offered locally at MRMC.”
Michael earned his bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University, and a master of business administration and a master of health administration from University of Alabama at Birmingham. He has been an active member of several community and civic organizations and looks forward to becoming involved in the Moberly community.
